Bits from the Diamond Jubilee weekend...

I loved the party spirit this weekend here in the UK. There was bunting (I heart bunting BTW) and union jacks everywhere, as well as loads of quirky royal memorabilia. It was rainy and cold so we stayed cosy inside and watched the celebrations on telly with some cocktails and endless cups of tea. It was heaven.

Stripes for sale...

I've always really liked stripes and they seem to be really in right now for spring/summer. All of the above items were just added to the sale on Shopbop and they ship to the UK! Hmmm now just to justify a new purchase.

My obsession with white paint continues...

I'm obsessed with this Swedish apartment. I love, love, love crisp white walls. This apartment shows that you can do all white while still having loads of visual interest. The mix of furniture styles and the crisp airy rooms are just what I dream of coming home to.

Have a lovely, sunny weekend...

We're having amazing sunny weather here in the UK. I plan to spend as much time outside as possible, likely lots of walks and pints. Can't wait, enjoy whatever you're up to!

Brightly coloured tips...

Remember a couple of weeks ago when I posted about pastel and bright hair colours? Hair colour

Well I saw this tutorial on Cup of Jo showing how to temporarily colour hair using chalk...what do you think? Would try it?

Early summer days...

In the last two days it has gone from feeling like spring to feeling like we're in the middle of a lovely, warm summer. The English countryside is a beautiful, soft green and we all feel lucky to be in the middle of it. Thank you England for being so perfect, I needed it.
