Fresh take on spaghetti bolognese...


I love Jamie Oliver's recipe for bolognese he adds loads of fresh veggies and the taste is perfection. Hearty and delicious for a chilly night. I lightened his recipe slightly by removing the bacon (I'm sure it would be even more amazing with if you wanted a treat) and using lean ground beef. I served over fresh whole wheat and poppy seed pasta with fresh basil. Yum.
