London Towne ideas?...

I'm starting to do some research for our London trip, besides the usual spots where should we be sure to visit? The Dock Kitchen restaurant (first three photos) www.dockkitchen.co.uk is designed beautifully and their menu looks amazing! We're staying at the beautiful St. Ermin's hotel (second two photos)www.sterminshotel.co.uk . I can't wait to sit in that gorgeous lobby in person! Finally, as we are a group of Canadians I think we'll require at least one full English breakfast, this one by Hawksmoor Seven Dials Restaurant www.thehawksmoor.co.uk/sd.php in Convent Garden looks perfect.
